Photo Booth Rental Terms of Service & Agreement
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of half the total balance is due upon signing of this agreement to confirm a photo booth rental. Deposits are non-refundable after 5-days of receipt by Redlight Photobooth. Remaining balance in full is due within 5 days of event.
Access, Space and Power for Photobooth(s)
Client agrees to arrange appropriate space and working conditions for photo booth operation. Minimum space required for photo booth only should be larger floor space than 6' wide x 6' length x 8' height. If scrapbook option is included in package, adequate table space must be provided adjacent to photo booth. Client is responsible for ensuring power is available for the Photo Booth. (110V, 5 amps, 3 prong outlet) within 25' of the photo booth placement. Note that Event Photo setup takes up nearly twice as much space for proper use.
Date Changes, Rental Time Changes & Cancellations
Any request for a change of date, time or location should be made via email or by phone within two weeks of the event date. Changes are subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date or time, the customer will receive a credit for future use equal to the amount paid up until that time.
Client will indemnify Redlight Photobooth from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Client. Except those actions arising from Provider's negligence or intentional misconduct.
Redlight Photobooth has a strict PG-13 standard of photos that we allow online or to be shared. Though we can't control the actions of some users in the photo booth (especially in privacy), you, the Renter, take responsibility for your party's action should issues arise due to negligence of sharing. Be assured that any photos that Redlight Photobooth deems inappropriate are permanently deleted from all of our computer, cameras, hardware, web, socials.
Our GIF/Digital PhotoPOP photo booth is up to the users' responsibility to practice safe photo sharing. They agree to take full responsibility in the event of inappropriate photos taken and/or shared. We will never distribute guests' photos without their consent.
In the event Provider is unable to supply a working photo booth for at least 80% of the
Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If the printer fails to print out photos on site the Provider will be allowed to give a web site to the client where there guests can log onto and order prints free of charge with free shipping as well as the ability to download the digital files for their own use.
